Tex-Edit Plus should be able to handle files of unlimited size, although slowdowns will become noticeable when files exceed 500-1000K, depending on your computer’s speed.
Do not try to open an application file, especially if it is running. Do not try to open a System file. Do not try to insert a sound from an open application or System file.
When a document containing a QuickTime movie is saved, only the reference to the actual movie is saved in the document. If you transfer the document to another computer, be sure to copy the original movie file also.
